So for while now I've been trying to find the location of the place that sells OPI nail polish for $4 and on Tuesday I found it!!!!!!!! It's in Hyattsville Maryland and my goodness they had a lot of choices of polish to pick from. They carry Essie ($3) Chyna Glaze, Orly and a plethora of others.
